We provide 800sqft multipurpose space, perfect for 80pax seminar, dance and drama rehearsal, photo and video shooting, workshops and classrooms, etc. Located near Kwun Tong MTR Station, we open for 24hr access.

L16 has been in existence in Hong Kong Park for over 13 years. The totally revamped restaurant is brand new and is presently offering Thai food (in the main) and Japanese cuisine consisting of Sushi, sashimi, tempura and barbecue Japanese style. Services include high quality indoor and outdoor sound system, projector, DJ equipment, transportation from central or other location, parking spaces, etc. Our in-house catering by Artichoke Canteen offers a menu that encompass a wide selection of fine food with freshest ingredients for seated dinners, buffets or canapes style catering.

Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.
