Spasso, the Divino Group's Kowloon-side Italian eatery has reopened in Tsim Sha Tsui East. More than 6000ft² of ground floor harbour front space in the Empire Centre is the popular restaurant's new home. 08 Studio is a photography studio located in Chai Wan. This 1800-sqft. space is a great place for your photo/video shooting to capture your memorisable moments.

COOP STUDIO is a huge loft-style multi-purpose space for wide range of events. It is perfect for video shootings, exhibitions, private parties, product launches and training.

3,500 sqft versatile space can be transformed to a Product Showroom or Party Venue.  Including a 300sqft balcony, 11 Ft ceilings, direct elevator access, fridge and useful technical equipment.
