Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.

Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.

Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.

i-wine Place is a totally refurbished heritage building along Hong Kong Heritage Trail of Sheung Wan. It is an open space of 1000 sqft. with an open kitchen and kitchen facilities. Its European style décor with warm and cosy lighting made it suitable for fine dining, wine tasting, networking cocktail, corporate events, seminars, private parties, etc.. 

Asian Fusion cuisine menu and western style menu available for selection. The venue can accommodate 20 people for fine dining and 30 people for non-dining events, with a 300 sqft. Having moved to a bigger and better location just across the street, PizzaExpress Wing Fung Street is now with two floors and plenty of seats to feed more handmade Italian pizza-lovers. The relaxed interior features rustic wooden tables, warm spot lighting and a signature open kitchen that allows diners to witness the chefs skilfully tossing pizzas. FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.
