Located at Hong Kong Central Star Ferry, Watermark offers unparalleled waterfront dining, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. Contemporary continental cuisine is served at this harbour side eatery. An elegant stone entranceway and water features take you into Watermark's sleek interior of teak, marble and glass. The three-sided water views of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight, while the surrounding open-air deck offers a spectacular view of Kowloon peninsula and ferries commuting on the water. The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.

bread n butter Cafe serves up delicious, authentic Brittany-style, sweet and savory crepes, to stay or takeaway. Our crepes use the finest ingredients, all lovingly hand prepared onsite the traditional way. We offer classic French fillings such as the Crepe Complete (ham, cheese, egg and spinach) but we have also created some contemporary twists such as our Crepe Hong Kong (condensed milk, peanut butter, toasted coconut and ice cream).
As well as the indoor café, there is also a covered outdoor terrace seating up to 44 diners in chic, Parisian style. It is the perfect spot to unwind after a hard day of shopping with friends and enjoy one of our leisurely afternoon tea sets.
