We spent time working on fine-tuning the formidable 4.0 litre V8 S twin-turbocharged engine to produce an improved torque level of 680 Nm for improved acceleration, even at low revs. It propels the car to a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h) effortlessly. We’ve also specially calibrated the suspension for increased responsiveness. And, of course, this exhilarating performance is matched by equally innovative, state-of-the-art fuel efficiencies. With an area of 6,000 square feet, Bungalow provides customers a club experience unlike any other. The venue is fitted with the latest in entertainment production such as Funktion-One speakers, moving head spot lights, lasers and 4 wall-sized LED screens. The elevated DJ booth is equipped with three Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus decks and a DJM900 Nexus mixer, in which is surrounded by a full service semi-circle marble bar. J. Candice Interior Architects is the vision behind the blue and white renaissance-esque design of the space, which features 14 VIP tables and 4 by-invitation only tables next to the DJ booth. As eye candy, the eerily eye-catching giant framed photographs decorating the walls are taken by noted German photographer, Helen Sobiralski. A rising talent, her works are all inspired by traditional Baroque paintings but re-interpreted with modern elements.
Situated only 7 minutes drive from the bustling hub of Sai Kung, Dragon’s Lodge sits in a valley close to the Lion Rock Country park, deep in a feng shui forest. - The tranquil and romantic roof (with power and water) overlooks Ma On Shan and the Lion Rock Country Park. It is suitable for parties, retreats (i.e. yoga,etc. during cooler weather), stargazing and film shooting, etc.
- The basement, which can be used for team building, some sports activities and film shooting and in conjunction with other areas of the house.
- The kitchen, which is well equipped and can be used for cooking classes, workshops in a very different environment.
- The lounge/dining area, which can be used for smaller workshops, team building and gatherings.
