With ample floor space of 1,500 square feet and impressively high ceilings, City Hall is both flexible and elegant; a large function room for corporate events and ceremonies of all kinds. Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.

The long interior space of Stormies is complemented by alfresco seating in the circular roof-top space on the third floor of Elements. The nautical theme of Stormies continues at this restaurant, where a long, teak bar forms the main focus. Chrome chairs and purple upholstery contrast with blue wave-patterned glass elements which accented the décor.
