Table is a boutique restaurant that specialize in fresh seafood and other fine ingredient. It is the only restaurant in HK with its resident marine biologist, it “depurates” lives seafood such as oysters, lobsters, crabs purging them of accumulated metabolic wastes during transit and “reclocking” them back to out-of- ocean condition.

Table is a pioneer in the concept of ingredient based cuisine. Not restricting by traditional geographical cuisine, culinary team has the free hand to decide the best preparation method that suits a particular ingredient. Food preparation style range from French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, etc.

Jimmy’s Kitchen has been serving classic British Colonial cuisine in Hong Kong since 1928. After over 80 years, Jimmy’s still remains one of the city’s most highly renowned and beloved culinary institutions. The old photographs hanging on the walls, the immaculate table setting, the mood lighting and the meticulous service all ensure that guests feel at home. The contemporary wooden L-shaped bar creates a comfortable area for patrons to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city.

Townhouse equally accentuates crafting drinks, especially cocktails, ice tea series & mocktails.

Garage Collective is a conceptual, design-centric venue that's the first of its kind in Hong Kong. In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.
