Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.
Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.
Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.
The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.
