The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. At Café Duvet, the intimate white walled bar with dark timber floor is highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and create your own cocktails and people-watch at the busy D Deck. Café Duvet's bar is overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Square. This self-contained area, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red colored day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed shaded by sun parasols. 

The Continental is an elegant restaurant inspired by the sophisticated charm of Europe’s grand cafes that presents a menu of lovingly refined dishes.
