HIGE Izakaya (ひげ / 髭) – a casual place for after-work drinking in late-night izakaya style. Hidden on a quiet street – the Castle Road in Mid-level, Hong Kong. A few steps away from the Caine Road. Our fresh seafood flown in 1 / 2 times a week mainly from Japan, to assure freshness and quality. Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Something Wild is a restaurant inspired by the great outdoors and the outdoor lifestyle. You can have your party in the woods of this busy city! Our restaurant is about 4000 sq feet with two party rooms for 20 persons and 8 persons. We have professional sound and lighting system plus a projector for various functions.
