Va Bene presents a light aesthetic that opens up the space and evokes true Italian style. It adapts a minimalist interior design style without extra decoration. A large 12 seats bar area near the entrance makes it the perfect place for cocktail party. A wide variety of carefully selected wines and classic Italian cocktails are served in Va Bene. Two private dining rooms with 10 - 20 seats provide an intimate space for small scale private dining with friends and families. With a premium sound system installed and the spacious set up of Va Bene, it can conveniently cater for different exclusive private parties and events.

MAMA SAN by Will Meyrick – With his Scottish heritage, an Australian accent and an Indonesian home, Will Meyrick isn’t easily categorized. Often described as Western on the outside and Asian on the inside, Will’s passion for the cuisine culture and culinary heritage of this fascinatingly diverse part of the world, is what really defines him and sets him apart as a chef and restaurateur. This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Our Bavarian style restaurant Eggenberg which has indoor and outdoor seating for 72 pax. The restaurant opens from 11am to 10pm. 

We import all draft and bottle beers from the Austrian brewery Eggenberg directly. A various selection of snacks and a la carte menu is available.

Our chef Andy combined all tastes from the countries he lived and travelled, creating the new fusion cuisine. The crispy pork knuckle and the finger- licking roasted chicken are the must-try.
