The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. JAMIE’S ITALIAN CAUSEWAY BAY measures 12,000ft² and boasts pillar-free spaces that can be configured to welcome private parties, family & friends gatherings or large corporate groups. It can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 400 guests in a cocktail setting.

Craft Beer Corporate Events

Our homebrewing and beer tasting workshops provide the perfect team building opportunity.

Our homebrewing workshops are a great way to promote team-bonding over the course of the 3+ hours, as participants enjoy craft beers while having a hands on experience with the beer making process. Beer related topics such as brewing basics, beer history and different craft beer style will also be covered. Our venue can hold up to 16-20 persons.

We also offer craft beer tasting events / workshops that last for less than 3 hours. Beer tasting provides a more relaxed and casual environment, participants will be able to learn about what happened to the beer world over the past decades, while having the chance to taste different type of craft beers from different beer style from all over the world. Event style can be sit down or standing, depending on the nature required. Our venue can hold up to 40 people standing, and 20 people sitting.
