Blow Up Studios is a professional photography studio conveniently located in Quarry Bay, just a few hundred yards from Quarry Bay MTR station.
The studio consists of a large white cyclorama shooting area, a make up & changing room, plus a kitchen, washroom and client relaxation area.
An array of high end professional Camera (Canon & Phase One) and Lighting (Broncolor) & grip equipment is also available for rental at competitive prices.

The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks. Steeped in a stylish East Coast flavour reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard, the relaxed décor offers a comfortable and casual environment. Images from America's Cup and Vendee Globe Challenge as well as models of J-Class yachts displayed throughout the building complete the nautical theme. The first-floor balcony and roof-top garden are perfect for alfresco dining and parties on balmy summer nights.
The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.
The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.
