This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design.
