ClubOne WaterFront is situated at a picturesque location directly beside the Tsing Ma Bridge at Park Island, New Territories. WaterFront has a breathtaking view of the Park Island Beach overlooking the sandy beach and the ocean. At night time, the lit up Tsing Ma Bridge is a beautiful sight observable from WaterFront. The banquet hall features a large and scenic open terrace which could be used for outdoor events or as a leisure area. The interior design of the venue is extravagant and contemporary. AnOther Place by David Myers is the Gypsy Chef™’s answer to the urbanites’ want for a home away from home. Hidden in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a duo of 4-course and 6-course French Asian tasting menus. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways.

The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Serving exquisite Japanese cuisine, this restaurant has a chic sushi bar, a romanitic dining area and an outdoor Japanese garden seating available. Its sake bar has preparations for an astonishing variety of imaginative cocktails and saketini.
