Launched by renowned Thai chef Khun Wijannarongk Kunchit (whose expertise stems from working with the likes of Thai royals, dignitaries, and celebrity chef Bobby Chinn), the restaurant presents innovative Thai delicacies featuring quality-imported ingredients (giant Atlantic octopus, French mussels, Iberico pork ribs and Black Angus beef are just some of the top products being offered). Jimmy’s Kitchen has been serving classic British Colonial cuisine in Hong Kong since 1928. After over 80 years, Jimmy’s still remains one of the city’s most highly renowned and beloved culinary institutions.
