The interior of The Woods compliments and expands upon the culinary experience of its cocktails. It evokes the warmth and sense of discovery of ‘the woods’ without taking on a literal interpretation. There are prime locations for photo backdrops, product displays and reception tables. The mood lighting can be easily adjusted to both bright or atmospheric.

i-wine Place is a totally refurbished heritage building along Hong Kong Heritage Trail of Sheung Wan. It is an open space of 1000 sqft. with an open kitchen and kitchen facilities. Its European style décor with warm and cosy lighting made it suitable for fine dining, wine tasting, networking cocktail, corporate events, seminars, private parties, etc.. 

Asian Fusion cuisine menu and western style menu available for selection. The venue can accommodate 20 people for fine dining and 30 people for non-dining events, with a 300 sqft. Moroccan style décor VIP cigar and whisky lounge with TV suitable for 8-12 people private secluded parties. Also, wine pairing canapé is available for wine tasting. ESPACE is a multi-purpose events venue conveniently nestled in the very heart of Central – with expansive views over Exchange Square and IFC, this generous 4000ft² private, customizable indoor space is a true rarity in Hong Kong.

The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.
