Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.

Casa Lisboa grandly opened in mid-2010, which is quickly recognized as one of the best authentic Portuguese restaurant in the town. The menu of Casa Lisboa displays a delicate understanding of flavours ensuring traditional Portuguese dishes are resurrected with a creative touch to arouse new delight to our patrons. Wonderful yet extensive selections of Portuguese wines, ranging from red, white, green, porto and even beer, are all imported directly from Portugal. BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. Perfect for weddings, parties and private events, BLT Steak offers al fresco dining with amazing harbour views.

CABANA 

With refined Japanese baths, elegant private cabins and lounge beds for glorious sunny days, Cabana is a haven of leisure and luxurious relaxation, located on Hong Kong’s Southside.
