Needing little introduction, the world-renowned chef, Gordon Ramsay, will create excitement among Hong Kong diners with this relaxed dining and bar experience. The bar will ensure that the venue is a lively district hangout that combines the classics with some fun, innovative cocktails, as well as a large collection of world wines displayed within the restaurant.

Set in a casual and comfortable atmosphere, the restaurant is paved with earth tone tiles splashed with a burnt orange wash, exuding a warm and refreshing and ambiance. Ornaments hung on the walls include bows, arrows and animal skins. Eye-catching canvas tents are set in various areas and over the buffet area. Seating is finished in plush New Zealand sheepskin and rawhide lampshades complete the final touches. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian-style buffet allows you to create your own main course from a wide range of fresh meats, vegetables, sauces and spices. You can follow your desired recipes on our signboards, pass the ingredients to our chef who will cook your dish to perfection and bring it to your table served piping-hot in minutes. House-specialty cocktails include Margarita, Sangria and Mojito, to complement to your meal.

Hong Kong Parkview's Éclat Ballroom boasts soaring ceilings and iconic marble spiral staircase. The staircase makes for an especially grand entrance for the new couple and as a fabulous backdrop for wedding photography. The ballroom caters up to 24 tables.
