The restaurant introduces the culinary skills of head Chef Mike Boyle, previously of Bistecca, who has created a menu featuring the finest grill items of exclusively sourced beef, an eclectic array of starters and salads and creative side dishes all with a wrap of decadent desserts. Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. The stunning venue offers a space that feels casual and inviting, yet still upscale. Jinjuu boasts a unique menu with big bold flavours, showcasing much loved Korean classics as well as fun street food fare. These vibrant dishes and the tasty selection of “Anju” (small plates served with alcohol) match perfectly with the playful famed concoctions from the bar. This private heritage house was built in 1894, and is in the heart of the bohemian village of Tai Hang, Causeway Bay. Our stunning 2-storey house has been standing since Tai Hang Village was a harbour front fishing village.
