What’s THE POINT?

Inspired by a love of hearty Italian cuisine and fresh, healthy Californian cooking, our passion is to make every meal a special one for our diners.

From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

That’s THE POINT

We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Located on the corner of Lockhart Road and Fenwick Street, this popular hangout is furnished in a nautical theme and offers a wide selection of beers, shooters, wines, and classic cocktails.

Just a 10-minute walk from the Wanchai MTR station and directly connected to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is an ideal event and meeting venue with easy access. Young Master is Hong Kong’s highest rated craft brewery making all natural beers locally. Our signature beers have won awards in local and international competitions.Young Master’s second brewery location in Wong Chuk Hang also features an event space with tanks and barrels as a backdrop. Brewery Tours and a tasting of Young Master beers will be included and together with chef partners we can offer events ranging from social or corporate dinners and stand up beer “cocktail” receptions.
