OVERVIEW Take in more of every spectacular journey, from the redesigned cabin of the new Continental GT Speed Convertible – the ultimate expression of the open top grand tourer. An ultra-high performance convertible, the new Continental GT Speed Convertible is capable of 0-60 mph in just 4.1 seconds, with a top speed of 203 miles per hour. But drive with the hood down and a new dimension is revealed: the open air, where every aspect of the comfort and power of the GT Speed Convertible seems amplified. And Bentley’s engineering team has ensured that the new Speed Convertible W12 engine and powertrain is just as fuel-efficient as the Continental GT, with an overall improvement of 12% in fuel economy, with a commensurate increase in tank range compared to the previous generation model.
OVERVIEW The Continental GT V8 S’s new front bumper incorporates an inverted aerofoil-like design, instantly evoking the passion and drama of the racetrack, while a new and innovative lip-style spoiler adorns the rear, providing greater bite in every turn. To herald these changes, a dynamic and newly designed Bentley ‘B’ fender vent is located behind each front wheel. Inside, a redesigned three-spoke steering wheel with paddle-shift gear selectors creates a more intense handling experience. While, the flowing lines of straight-flute upholstery tightly wrap the seats, conveying purposeful movement, even when the car is still. And beneath the bonnet of the new Continental GT V8 S beats a monstrous heart: a 4.0 litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine, with the power to generate 520 bhp (389 kW / 528 PS @ 6,000 rpm). At 1,700 RPM the GT V8 S generates 680 Nm of torque – even more than the 660 Nm achieved by its sibling, the GT V8. From a standing start the GT V8 S will reach 60 miles per hour in 4.3 seconds, before climbing all the way to its top speed of 192 mph (309 km/h).
OVERVIEW Complete with a redesigned front spoiler and rear diffuser, for a sportier and more confident stance, and a new, dynamically-styled fender badge that is sure to become a future design classic, the new V8 S Convertible is an irresistible proposition for every journey. Beneath the bonnet of the Continental GT V8 S Convertible beats a monstrous heart: a 4.0 litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine generating 680 Newton metres (502 lb.ft) of torque. Despite its muscular powerplant, the Continental GT V8 S Convertible is remarkably efficient with CO2 emissions at a mere 258 g/km, due in no small part to the use of variable displacement. But this supercar performance doesn’t mean a compromise on comfort. Thanks to the four layer construction of its retractable roof, the GT Convertible accommodates up to four people with the hood up in the same unflustered refinement as its hard-topped sibling.
