Apart from the time-honored recipes including the signature Barbecued Pork, the chefs has launched a series of new chef's recommendations for more delightful dining adventures. The 8 elegant private rooms are ideal for private luncheon and dinner gatherings. Private room Xiguan, Liwan & Dongshan can be combined to accommodate up to 72 guests with magnificent harbour view.

Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.

Towngas Cooking Centre is conveniently located at Lee Theatre which is only few- minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Every cooking station comprises individual built-in-hob, oven and sink, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 25 pairs of participants cook together. It has always been an ideal place hosting practical cooking classes, cooking competitions, parties, team building events, product seminars and more.

We do also take care of petite chefs. The innovative Towngas KIDchen is equipped with cooking stations with adjustable heights so that adults and young kids can cook together with ease. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight, while the surrounding open-air deck offers a spectacular view of Kowloon peninsula and ferries commuting on the water. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and dry-aged beef which can be seen in the custom-built temperature controlled cabinet to facilitate its dry-aging process.

Located in the buzzing Lan Kwai Fong, it only takes 5-minute walk from Central MTR Station. The 900 square feet space can fit 55 guests. Other equipment such as complimentary Wifi or audio system etc are all well prepared. For food and drinks, guests can either bring their own F&B, order from the outside restaurant or request us to prepare in advance. We can also pre-order oyster and red wine with 5%off for guests who hire our venue.
