Contemporary continental cuisine is served at this harbour side eatery. An elegant stone entranceway and water features take you into Watermark's sleek interior of teak, marble and glass. The three-sided water views of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight, while the surrounding open-air deck offers a spectacular view of Kowloon peninsula and ferries commuting on the water. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and dry-aged beef which can be seen in the custom-built temperature controlled cabinet to facilitate its dry-aging process.

OLIVE, GREEK & MIDDLE EASTERN – introduces the finest Middle East cuisine to Hong Kong diners witha superb menu designed by famous Australian Chef, Greg Malouf. Dada Bar + Lounge (Dada), inspired by the Dadaism art movement of the early 20th century, is a living example of contrast and imagination. The space is infused with irony and a visual extravaganza of contrasting patterns, fabrics and shapes. The cocktail menu is the brainchild of Dada's mixologists extraordinaire. They have creatively devised a line of deliciously delectable drinks that reinforce the Dada surrealistic adventure that is anything but ordinary.
