We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Lively, but not too fast. Taken from the language of music, this is what the name Allegretto represents. An inspiration to fill the day with vitality and take time to enjoy a world of espresso with more than 130 years of expertise. Allegretto was brought to Hong Kong with passion for elegant coffee. Allegretto Hong Kong resides at the podium of China Hong Kong City, an oasis at the crowded hub of Tsim Sha Tsui. Special design and layout of our 2,000 sf indoor area and some outdoor space present you the atmosphere of European life. Not only making you know that what is coffee, our 3D latte art smiling animal always brings you amazing surprise. Allegretto Hong Kong is the attractive place of coffee and dining experience for gathering and private event.

ESPACE is a multi-purpose events venue conveniently nestled in the very heart of Central – with expansive views over Exchange Square and IFC, this generous 4000ft² private, customizable indoor space is a true rarity in Hong Kong.

With a prime location in Central, ESPACE is conveniently located at Connaught Road Central, right next to Central MTR Exit A, and only minutes away from the city's premier business buildings and best-loved shopping malls like The Landmark, Exchange Square & IFC.

ESPACE features a Main Events Hall, a Library Lounge, as well as a Private Room (Privato). With an urban chic contemporary design, the multi-purpose ESPACE caters to flexible event and exhibition design, with state-of-the-art amenities to complement.

Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. Situated atop the peak with sensational view, the restaurant offers an extensive selection of Japanese cuisine in western style with a sophisticated twist with ingredients imported freshly from Japan. The bespoke Cider Rita revolutionizes the drinking culture by letting diners make and mix their own drink to their liking.
