L16 has been in existence in Hong Kong Park for over 13 years. The totally revamped restaurant is brand new and is presently offering Thai food (in the main) and Japanese cuisine consisting of Sushi, sashimi, tempura and barbecue Japanese style. Since opening, we have received tremendous support from our old and new customers with praises about our decoration, food varieties and quality.

Bao Bei, means “BABE” in Chinese, is a new “Made in Hong Kong” Lounge & Eatery concept located in Hong Kong’s nightlife hub. Bao Bei will be serving customers Asian themed comforting dishes like Steamed Baos, alongside a variety of small and sharing plates with a playful twist.

At the lounge, mixologists will be shaking Asian themed cocktails and pouring your favourite Asian Craft Beer. Each sip and bite will give patrons an immersive experience into an environment that blends elements from both East and West perfectly.

It's hard to believe that Pepperoni's has been making pizzas since 1992. Like Italy's traditional pizzerias, Pepperoni's opened its doors in Sai Kung as a place for expatriate families, friends and neighborhood locals to relax, to experience a real sense of community and of course to share a superb pizza. Plat du Jour at Taikoo Place is Swire Restaurants’ first standalone restaurant. Evoking memories of traditional Parisian cafés, it serves authentic French bistro fare using quality products and classic cooking techniques. 

Open for lunch and dinner daily, the restaurant is designed for a variety of customers and functions in a cozy bistro atmosphere.

The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Mon – Fri, 8am – 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.
