  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.

  • 100% refund if canceled 14 days before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  48 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 48 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 1 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  14 days before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  48 hours before the trip.
