Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong.
