The Drunken Pot has ‘fishing market’ ambience with traditional carved wooden door, dangling lights, rustic walls, a bar designed like an old market vendor with aged wood, and colourful hand-painted signs and graffiti telling old fishing tales. Amid the timeless look is a gigantic ‘street art’ mural by Hong Kong urban contemporary artist Ben Pickering representing the vibrant, cosmopolitan scene in Hong Kong, with a traditional Japanese ‘Goddess of the Sea’ sharing local produce.

"CHOW" is a slang for comfort food. It is also the last name of our head chef and owner, Simon. Our mouth-watering Italian and French dishes are infused with Simon's signature bold flavors. We also offer only the highest quality ingredients.

Penser Concept provides a cozy environment for private art jamming parties, with huge variety of art and craft equipments and materials, all guests are able to have a fun time and enjoy the moment. Located in a convenient location, yet we have a balcony for barbecue parties to take place. At Penser Concept, you and your guests are guaranteed to be relaxed and chilled with an artsy vibe.

Minimum charge: $2400 for whole venue rental, includes painting packages for 15 persons. Drinks packages can be discussed and customised for each client, guests are always welcome to bring their own drinks too. Venue themes and decorations can be provided.

This 5,000 square foot restaurant can accommodate up to 178 guests. The main dining room is equipped with benches and round tables with crisp white table cloths. The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Décor-wise, its classy and elegant style creates a homey ambiance for guests to enjoy their meals. Guests can relax while watching our chefs prepare dishes through a large glass panel looking into the kitchen. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.
