CRAFTSTEAK, OPEN FIRE COOKING – created for comfort, Craftsteak provides a memorable fine dining experience. A feature of the restaurant is the open fire cooking on the custom made charcoal fired grill which creates wonderful hints of smoke flavor to the sizzling grills. Classic starters, the freshest cuts of steaks from Australia, USA and Canada as well as poultry, seafood and vegetables, all presented with a selection of individual sauces, are there to enjoy in an atmosphere created for comfort. The space is a blank canvas that can be used for parties, photoshoots, launches, pop-ups, team building, board lunches and any kind of special celebration.

Panevino, est. in 1997, is an award-winning traditional Italian trattoria located in the Mid-Levels. Helmed by two sisters, the restaurant is renowned for its authentic cuisine, boutique wines and rustic ambiance.

As Classified flagship, Classified in Hollywood Road has formed the cultural hub of Sheung Wan since 2006. 

With lots of art galleries, fashion boutiques, Antique Street as well as PMQ, this Classified location offers a very central located intimate event space amidst the hip happenings in the area.

A private room is located upstairs, perfect location for business meetings, workshops or just friends and family gatherings. Accommodating 24 people. The entire venue (2 floors) has the capacity of 40 people sit down and 60 people stand up.

At Café Duvet, the intimate white walled bar with dark timber floor is highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and create your own cocktails and people-watch at the busy D Deck. Café Duvet's bar is overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Square. This self-contained area, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red colored day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed shaded by sun parasols.

There is a short stairway going to the first floor right at the entrance of our Building, avoiding the sometimes long awaited elevator in the lift lobby

 - There are at least 4 restaurants of different types at the same side of the same floor for catering and special dinner arrangement within very short distance and great convenience.  

- Very close to a big residential estate and densely populated residential areas in just a few minute walk. 

- Possible to be used as filming studio and related production as facilitated with pantry, private toilet and one meeting room.
