Garage Collective is a conceptual, design-centric venue that's the first of its kind in Hong Kong. Note: This venue is available for hire for evening events only. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. The stunning venue offers a space that feels casual and inviting, yet still upscale. Jinjuu boasts a unique menu with big bold flavours, showcasing much loved Korean classics as well as fun street food fare. These vibrant dishes and the tasty selection of “Anju” (small plates served with alcohol) match perfectly with the playful famed concoctions from the bar.
