bread n butter Cafe serves up delicious, authentic Brittany-style, sweet and savory crepes, to stay or takeaway. Our crepes use the finest ingredients, all lovingly hand prepared onsite the traditional way. We offer classic French fillings such as the Crepe Complete (ham, cheese, egg and spinach) but we have also created some contemporary twists such as our Crepe Hong Kong (condensed milk, peanut butter, toasted coconut and ice cream).

As well as the indoor café, there is also a covered outdoor terrace seating up to 44 diners in chic, Parisian style. It is the perfect spot to unwind after a hard day of shopping with friends and enjoy one of our leisurely afternoon tea sets.

BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. The Fat Pig is a creative nose-to-tail pork concept where dishes are categorized by cooking method, are served as and when ready and are made for sharing encouraging you to try different cuts. The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.
