Lively Belgian beer house FRITES brings a taste of Europe to Hong Kong. On entering the bistro, you will see an authentic Belgian-style bar, stocked with four genuine Belgian beers on tap and many more available by the bottle.

The menu offers traditional and unique Belgian fare, including mussels in Hoegaarden beer sauce, pork knuckle and Stella Artois battered fish and chips. TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu. 

The urban ambience of the venue provides guests with a unique dining experience which is reflective of Chef Keung’s personality. Surrounded by the panoramic view of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will be sure to have a special night.
