The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. Café de Paris brings a Parisian touch to the popular Soho dining district. Its ambiance is akin to Parisian street cafés, where dark wood panelings, maroon coloured-walls and mirrors etched with decorative scrolls creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Embossed floral tiles on the ceiling give the atmosphere an air of casual elegance. The black and white checkered floor tiling, old posters and ornate brass racks perched high creates the feeling of nostalgia.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.
