Ophelia takes inspiration from Hong Kong’s history, waitresses in cheongsams sashay through the intimate alcoves and semi-private rooms, reminiscent of the city’s 19th century upscale opium dens which have been brought into modern day through the use of intricate metal work, handmade plush velvet furniture and resplendent peacock feathers.

Located at Hong Kong's hippest dining and entertainment strip, this is a place where you can let your hair down and dance until wee hours in the morning. The décor encompasses a modern and stylish design. On the left hand side of the entrance is an open-air seating area with several sets of high tables and black leather stools separated by large glass doors which create an intimate place for conversation and people-watching. The floor, a combination of marble and dark wood coupled with the reflective mirrors on the earthy brick wall and cozy leather black couches, creates a contemporary and trendy ambience. A well-equipped DJ booth is placed at the back. Whether it's a quiet drink or a night out with friends, Tonic provides a stylish environment and cutting-edge décor.

Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. All these elements combined to recreate a unique and cozy atmosphere that goes hand in hand for the enjoyment one of the world’s finest cuisines. Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.
