COOP STUDIO is a huge loft-style multi-purpose space for wide range of events. It is perfect for video shootings, exhibitions, private parties, product launches and training.

3,500 sqft versatile space can be transformed to a Product Showroom or Party Venue.  Including a 300sqft balcony, 11 Ft ceilings, direct elevator access, fridge and useful technical equipment.

Introducing Otto Lounge, a bar and lounge concept in the heart of the world-famous Lan Kwai Fong party district. We offer our guests a combination of amazing cocktails, exceptional service and some of the best hits of all time, ranging from R&B, hip-hop to good old classics.

Otto also boasts a superb corner balcony for a little alfresco mingling and cocktail sipping. Looking down on the bustling streets of LKF below is an invigorating experience - perfect for intimate gatherings, informal meetings, birthday parties or even hen nights.

We're also widely-known for serving possibly the smoothest shisha in town! We use the unique hand-made Lavoo hookahs that guarantee a smooth flavour, and offer a wide range of tobacco flavours to enjoy.

Private Events

Otto Lounge has also grown from strength to strength by hosting private corporate events, after wedding parties, live gigs, clubbing events and other private gatherings. There’s always something happening at Otto Lounge! The inside area and outdoor balcony (suitable for smoking) can accommodate up to 80 standing guests.

Want your private party venue to have a particular theme? It's no problem at Otto lounge! You are free to decorate the venue to suit the theme of your party. It's the ideal space for birthdays, after wedding parties, work functions, Christmas parties, album launches and more. With its elevated location directly on the South China Sea, the Upper Garden has an unparalleled 180 degree view of neighboring islands and the blue rolling seas of the Clearwater Bay peninsula. 

Tall Palm trees and a multitude of flora and fauna welcome visitors and provide complete privacy in this exceptional venue located only minutes from the city. 

Accessible both by vehicle and helicopter with 60 Amperes of power and fresh water, the venue is a location for a regular TV series and is ideal for photo shoots, television commercials, brand promotions and private events.
