Dada Bar + Lounge (Dada), inspired by the Dadaism art movement of the early 20th century, is a living example of contrast and imagination. The space is infused with irony and a visual extravaganza of contrasting patterns, fabrics and shapes. The cocktail menu is the brainchild of Dada's mixologists extraordinaire. They have creatively devised a line of deliciously delectable drinks that reinforce the Dada surrealistic adventure that is anything but ordinary.

Located in the heart of Kowloon's Elements shopping mall, Cafe Deco Pizzeria serves not only as an iconic landmark but also as a quintessential dining hotspot for guests of all ages. With a stylish interior showcasing, wooden table tops, sleek chairs and a newly designed open pizza station, Cafe Deco Pizzeria combines a casual and contemporary setting while offering diners a fresh, engaging and relaxing atmosphere to dine and wine with friends and family. Featuring an impressive range of innovative and international pizzas, the vast menu focuses on using the finest seasonal ingredients. All-time classics like the Capriciossa pizza to fresh and original creations such as the Wagyu Prawn pizza, The Duck pizza and the Moroccan Lamb pizza. The comprehensive menu also offers a selection of soups, salads, calzones, pastas, risottos, hearty steaks and ribs as well as an inventive dessert menu that include offerings like the Rocky Road Calzone and the nine-inch Hazelnut, Strawberry, and Banana Pizza.

After making a smooth ascent up to the 26th floor of Tower 535, step into the spacious and elegantly designed 8,000 sq. ft. dining room, complete with an outdoor terrace overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbor. Another flight of stairs will take you up to a 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with unrivalled panoramic views of the city. Comfortably seating 150 customers inside the restaurant and a further 30-35 customers on the terrace, Seafood Room presents a wide range of both local and imported fresh and live seafood, serving globally-inspired cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean, South American and more.

With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Complete the culinary journey with some delicious desserts, which includes Yuzu Tart with toasted meringue, green tea ice-cream, Peanut Butter Crunch Bar with Banana Ice-Cream and Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with Strawberries.

Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. With a mesmerizing 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor, the rooftop is the perfect space to wind down with your favorite cocktail or bubbles after a long working week. Live DJ’s will be spinning beats every Friday & Saturday evening for patrons to dance the night away.

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement at Seafood Room, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olimpio Giovannelli as our new Director of Operations. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

The name “Xia Fei” comes from a nostalgic street on the French Concession in old-time Shanghai, which used to be the hub of high society. Xia Fei Society offers customers authentic Shanghainese cuisine in an elegant and comfortable environment.

This 5,000 square foot restaurant can accommodate up to 178 guests. The main dining room is equipped with benches and round tables with crisp white table cloths. The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Décor-wise, its classy and elegant style creates a homey ambiance for guests to enjoy their meals. Guests can relax while watching our chefs prepare dishes through a large glass panel looking into the kitchen. This design is a rare feature in Chinese restaurants and a unique quality of Xia Fei Society.

The 5,742 ft² newly renovated function room at Panda Hotel, the CRYSTAL, is now adorned with its iconic feature - a unique, colour-changing LED crystal wall.
