Apart from the design and comfort oriented Studios/Suites for your business trips, our 700 sq ft loft style multi-functional space, SPACE@JPLUSHK offers an unconventional venue for company trainings/meeting, product launches, art exhibitions, lighthearted gathering where we provide customized add-ons and services tailored to your special occasions.

SPACE consists of two separate areas:

• Meeting area - equipped with a long marble conference table and a secretarial desk
• Dining area (with fully equipped kitchen) - ideal for dining, coffee breaks or displays 

Perfect for your next social or corporate event, this multi-function auditorium, classroom/meeting room, and cafe is suitable for all types of events, such as courses, seminars, workshops, meetings and training, promotion events, concert, team training, talent shows, drama performances, gaming events, and special celebrations. 

The auditorium, with a first class PA and projector system, can seat up to 170 people. The seating is completely flexible to suit your needs, or can be completely removed for a wide-open space of approx 2000 sq. ft. The auditorium has direct access to the cafe for easy session breaks, networking, or refreshments. 
 
The classroom, approx. 250 sq. ft., seats up to 30 people and can accommodate all types of training sessions and classroom meetings. 
 
Table setup, classroom seating, or open space is supported in the entire venue. One-off or regular rental are welcomed. Please contact us now for inquiry or a site visit.

BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. Occupying the entire 5th floor of the centrally located, top grade building on Three Garden Road Central, Eaton House offers hot desks, dedicated desks, private office suites, flexible event space, as well as a variety of meeting rooms and boardrooms. With a spectacular view overlooking Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Park, each meeting room is equipped with a 46-inch HDTV and glass white board. Video conference is also available.
