Tamarind is spacious and vibrant venue with two main dining rooms (Sugar Room & Spice Room) that seats up to 150 guests. Its warm interiors set the ambience for romantic dinners by the sea while its outdoor lounge, overlooking Hong Kong's stunning skyline, makes it the perfect place to gather for drinks. Tamarind also offers the latest in audio - video equipment and custom menus to suit cocktail functions, wedding celebrations, and themed parties.

Tamarind (formerly known as Viceroy) satisfies all your senses, from offering a veritable feast for your taste buds to providing a spectacular sight from its outdoor terrace. The fabulous Pan-Asian restaurant is located in Wan Chai, and serves the best of Thai, Indian, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. His enticing menu features Thai pomelo salad with grilled prawn, black cod marinated in tamarind, royal Thai chicken massaman curry and stir fried spicy pork neck served on a sizzling plate

Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

The French Window is a cosmopolitan brasserie with a décor exuding Parisian beauty and elegance. The cozy dining room offers a panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour across its double-height floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious venue provides high flexibility for event set-up and decoration, which is ideal for hosting different types of events, ranging from wedding reception, cocktail party, luncheon, dinner, buffet, corporate conference and product launch event. The rectangular and lofty dining space is well-suited for wedding march-in and fashion presentation in an elegant ambience.

The professional culinary team brings a wide selection of authentic French delicacies and fresh seafood for a feast on palate. Complemented by a curated collection of French wines, we are ready to make your event tasteful.

The French Window also offers three pre-designed wedding motifs to match your special day with romance and fantasy. Each comes with a fascinating set-up, specially-designed e-invitation card and welcome drink. The three distinctive motifs are:

Table is a boutique restaurant that specialize in fresh seafood and other fine ingredient. It is the only restaurant in HK with its resident marine biologist, it “depurates” lives seafood such as oysters, lobsters, crabs purging them of accumulated metabolic wastes during transit and “reclocking” them back to out-of- ocean condition.

Table is a pioneer in the concept of ingredient based cuisine. Not restricting by traditional geographical cuisine, culinary team has the free hand to decide the best preparation method that suits a particular ingredient. Food preparation style range from French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, etc.

We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!

"CLUB" is a place of community where friends and family gather. We strive to provide cozy ambience, friendly service, and tailored arrangements, to ensure all guests enjoy their social experience.

"CHOW" is a slang for comfort food. It is also the last name of our head chef and owner, Simon. Our mouth-watering Italian and French dishes are infused with Simon's signature bold flavors. We also offer only the highest quality ingredients.

Using food as a channel to promote community, "Eat Healthy, Save Our Earth" is the slogan which accentuates our values. By stressing harmony, CLUB CHOW aims to provide a little escape in every day metropolitan life.
