Restaurant set up with cozy chiling décor in tatami style that you’d be likely to find in any local Japanese town. Specializing in kushiyaki (aka-meat skewer) bites and quality sakes as well as whiskey and draught beer. Our focus is to show diners a series of dishes that combine creativity and various Japanese cooking techniques. HIGE serves only the finest quality ingredients available. We source our product from the most reputable and highly respected suppliers and fishermen. Globally whenever possible. Our fresh seafood flown in 1 / 2 times a week mainly from Japan, to assure freshness and quality. Items are prepared to order and not all ingredients are listed, so please let us know about any allergies or other concerns when ordering.

The 5,742 ft² newly renovated function room at Panda Hotel, the CRYSTAL, is now adorned with its iconic feature - a unique, colour-changing LED crystal wall. Equipped with professional audio-visual facilities and professional catering services, it is a perfect venue for entertaining friends, hosting a wedding ceremony, scheduling a business meeting or even a large-scale seminar.

The Hotel is highly accessible within walking distances from Tsuen Wan or Tai Wo Hau MTR stations, 20 to 25 minutes’ drive from the Kowloon International Trade & Exhibition Centre, the Hong Kong International Airport and AsiaWorld-Expo respectively. A private room is located upstairs, perfect location for business meetings, workshops or just friends and family gatherings. Accommodating 24 people. The entire venue (2 floors) has the capacity of 40 people sit down and 60 people stand up.
