Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. This private heritage house was built in 1894, and is in the heart of the bohemian village of Tai Hang, Causeway Bay. Our stunning 2-storey house has been standing since Tai Hang Village was a harbour front fishing village.
