Privé Group's new establishment – Hanabi, an exclusive Japanese omakase bar.

Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. This is thanks in part to popular Japanese sushi chef Michael Chan (previously of Café Kool and NOBU Intercontinental Hong Kong) who brings his signature subtle Japanese cuisine with a fusion flair to this newly opened, intimate, romantic restaurant.

The airy and relaxed setting of this modern restaurant, with romantic alfresco dining, with views of the pool and the outdoors, offers the ideal ambiance for delightful meals created in the bright, open-gallery kitchen.

Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, connected to Prompt Restaurant and next to Podium, the Poolside sets amidst the luxuriant backdrop of emerald greenery, overlooking the romantic sunset views and South China Sea. BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. At Garage Society, we have an event space that is divided into an indoor space and outdoor terrace. It is ideal for hosting workshops, seminars, launch events and cocktail parties. 9F – 480ft² indoor space with a terrace of 530ft². Capacity of the space is of 80 standing or 50 seated. The terrace is ideal for cocktail parties or any other occasion that can benefit from being outdoors. The terrace has a capacity of 80 standing.
