Noah's hall can be flexibly customized for breakout sessions, seminar rooms, exhibition halls or even dinner seating arrangements depending on customer needs. The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.

Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.

Ophelia takes inspiration from Hong Kong’s history, waitresses in cheongsams sashay through the intimate alcoves and semi-private rooms, reminiscent of the city’s 19th century upscale opium dens which have been brought into modern day through the use of intricate metal work, handmade plush velvet furniture and resplendent peacock feathers.
