Craft Beer Corporate Events

Our homebrewing and beer tasting workshops provide the perfect team building opportunity.

Our homebrewing workshops are a great way to promote team-bonding over the course of the 3+ hours, as participants enjoy craft beers while having a hands on experience with the beer making process. Beer related topics such as brewing basics, beer history and different craft beer style will also be covered. Our venue can hold up to 16-20 persons.

We also offer craft beer tasting events / workshops that last for less than 3 hours. Beer tasting provides a more relaxed and casual environment, participants will be able to learn about what happened to the beer world over the past decades, while having the chance to taste different type of craft beers from different beer style from all over the world. Event style can be sit down or standing, depending on the nature required. Our venue can hold up to 40 people standing, and 20 people sitting. Our venue is open for private events, which includes tailored beer tastings and interactive homebrewing workshops, organized by our team of beer experts, to make things as hassle-free for you. We will provide the beer and education, you provide the party.

Harbour Cruise – Bauhinia is one of the leading cruise service providers in Hong Kong waters. It is the only company in Hong Kong that owns cruise vessels with Marine Restaurant Licence, Liquor Licence and Entertainment Licence.

Dada Bar + Lounge (Dada), inspired by the Dadaism art movement of the early 20th century, is a living example of contrast and imagination. The space is infused with irony and a visual extravaganza of contrasting patterns, fabrics and shapes. The cocktail menu is the brainchild of Dada's mixologists extraordinaire. They have creatively devised a line of deliciously delectable drinks that reinforce the Dada surrealistic adventure that is anything but ordinary.

Aberdeen Street Social is the third collaboration in Hong Kong between Michelin-star Chef Jason Atherton and entrepreneur Yenn Wong, founder of the JIA Group. It is set in a historic 1950’s two-storied building within PMQ, the new landmark of Hong Kong’s creative ecology, at SoHo in Central.

Following on his highly successful openings in London, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong, Aberdeen Street Social serves Atherton’s modern British cuisine, bar bites, delicious desserts and great cocktails.

Designed by the Shanghai-based award-winning Neri & Hu, the bright and airy venue has outdoor terraces on both floors for alfresco dining and gardens surrounding the property.

UPSTAIRS - RESTAURANT houses a contemporary restaurant inviting an intimate dining experience, with a private room and outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens.

DOWNSTAIRS - BAR & BISTRO is a cosy room with a long bar and outdoor patio for all-day socialising! A menu of British comfort favourites, delicious desserts to share, bar bites and great cocktails makes it the perfect spot for all-day casual dining, afternoon tea with friends and pre or post dinner drinks till late.

Often described as Western on the outside and Asian on the inside, Will’s passion for the cuisine culture and culinary heritage of this fascinatingly diverse part of the world, is what really defines him and sets him apart as a chef and restaurateur. This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region.
