Not to be outdone by the kitchen, the bar serves a vast selection of signature Margaritas, including our exotic frozen fruit Margaritas.

In Discovery Bay, you can tuck into classic Mexican dishes and enjoy ample outdoor “alfresco” seating with friends and family with views of the Discovery Bay beach and harbor. It is also great for children as we have an exciting children’s menu.

Casa Lisboa grandly opened in mid-2010, which is quickly recognized as one of the best authentic Portuguese restaurant in the town. The newest Frites restaurant – located in Wan Chai – brings the same authentic dining experience to the diners in the area. Young Master is Hong Kong’s highest rated craft brewery making all natural beers locally. Our signature beers have won awards in local and international competitions.Young Master’s second brewery location in Wong Chuk Hang also features an event space with tanks and barrels as a backdrop. Brewery Tours and a tasting of Young Master beers will be included and together with chef partners we can offer events ranging from social or corporate dinners and stand up beer “cocktail” receptions.

TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu. 

The urban ambience of the venue provides guests with a unique dining experience which is reflective of Chef Keung’s personality. Surrounded by the panoramic view of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will be sure to have a special night.
