The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Traditionally an industrial area, San Po Kong is redeveloping with creative zones popping up in all corners, and The Factory is its latest installment. Equipped with a professional kitchen, inflatable Chesterfield sofas and large screen projection, The Factory can be configured for different types of events, including corporate training, workshops, parties and cooking gatherings.

Common Room is a destination for classic, contemporary, and molecular cocktails in Lan Kwai Fong. With three top cocktail mixologists, and a scrumptious world-inspired menu that will be served tapas style, Common Room is a place for patrons to relax with their friends, drink cocktails made exactly how you like it, and enjoy good food that's perfect for sharing. The new 4000ft² rustic industrial chic gastrobar features a 31 feet long mixology glass and cast iron liquor library, long wooden communal tables, Funktion One sound system, and an outdoor terrace decorated with reclaimed ship wood.

Greenhouse is located at Causeway Bay, the most vibrant district in Hong Kong. Joining the Food Forum on 10th floor in Times Square, following the food concept of House series “Asian with a Western Twist”, Greenhouse serves a variety of innovative dishes to satisfy diners’ palate.

“The best things in life are sweet.” As stated, Greenhouse is a “House” for youngsters to satisfy their sweet tooth, the voluminous list contains more than 20 desserts is something you cannot miss in your gourmet lifetime.

Wooloomooloo Prime (TST) brings the Wooloomooloo Dining Experience to another level. Situated on the top floor of The ONE, the iconic shopping mall in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant and lounge will surely be the perfect place for couples, friends and business people to enjoy dining and socializing.

We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!
