Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.

The 5,742 ft² newly renovated function room at Panda Hotel, the CRYSTAL, is now adorned with its iconic feature - a unique, colour-changing LED crystal wall. Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. His enticing menu features Thai pomelo salad with grilled prawn, black cod marinated in tamarind, royal Thai chicken massaman curry and stir fried spicy pork neck served on a sizzling plate

Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

Aberdeen Street is an all-day Mediterranean restaurant and bar situated in Soho. We have an inside dining area with a bar, and an amazing 320ft² outdoor peaceful and green terrace. With a seating capacity of 35 persons inside and 30 persons outside, it allows great flexibility to organize parties and functions, either in dinner style or cocktail style (we can then cater for more persons). Aberdeen Street has a relaxed atmosphere, loungy decoration, great music, and free wifi. Indoor and outdoor walls can be written on with chalk allowing the place to be decorated as fits the occasion. Flexible packages will be customized for you, whether you wish to have formal or informal gatherings, drinks and / or food, special music and decoration … Our venue is very flexible. It is a perfect place for kids parties during the day, as we are located right next to a great outdoor public playground.
