Frites Belgian Beer House is an authentic dining experience, bringing a truly unique flavour to the diners of Quarry Bay. Frites pays homage to authentic Belgian style with beers being poured in the age-old traditional way. Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.

A contemporary take on speakeasies, “I Know John” is a sophisticated, private lounge serving specialty mixologist-created cocktails and a carefully curated menu offering niche wines and whiskeys. Overlooking the famed Wellington Street, the refined, modern-rustic venue holds a 16-foot-long bar built with dark timber wood and illuminated oak blocks, and custom-made leather seats and couches. The cozy outdoor balcony serves as a perfect nook for intimate conversations.

The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Traditionally an industrial area, San Po Kong is redeveloping with creative zones popping up in all corners, and The Factory is its latest installment. Equipped with a professional kitchen, inflatable Chesterfield sofas and large screen projection, The Factory can be configured for different types of events, including corporate training, workshops, parties and cooking gatherings.

CRAFTSTEAK, OPEN FIRE COOKING – created for comfort, Craftsteak provides a memorable fine dining experience. A feature of the restaurant is the open fire cooking on the custom made charcoal fired grill which creates wonderful hints of smoke flavor to the sizzling grills.
