From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

The foundation of Halcyon is based on four fundamental policies-

*Great music- Funktion One sound system offering the perfect setting for international DJ's and musicians to play. No commercial music and no requests to keep the integrity of the music in the venue.

* Strict but unpretentious door management policy to ensure venue is never crowded and dress code is adhered to.

*Artisan Cocktails- A team of highly trained mixologists with a passion for cocktails serving up fresh and exciting new flavors.

An inspiration to fill the day with vitality and take time to enjoy a world of espresso with more than 130 years of expertise. Allegretto was brought to Hong Kong with passion for elegant coffee. Allegretto Hong Kong resides at the podium of China Hong Kong City, an oasis at the crowded hub of Tsim Sha Tsui. Special design and layout of our 2,000 sf indoor area and some outdoor space present you the atmosphere of European life. The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.

*Note the usage of Microphones or different music other than the venue is not allowed. Any decorations should be agreed with the management prior the event or else the management might refuse the usage of such.

The Bar also specializes in an array of vodkas that are uncommon in town like Zubrowka Bison, Chopin and Beluga, an impressive list of Absinthe including La Fee Bohemian and Pastis Henry Bardouin, and signature cocktails namely Green Goblin (Stolichnaya Vodka, Absinthe, Melon Liqueur, Lemon, Rosemary, Ginger Ale, $92), Rusky Splash (Russian Standard Vodka, Aperol, Grapefruit Juice, Soda) and Wild Lush (Stolichnaya Vodka, Lime, Triple Sec, Passion Fruit Purée, Wildberry), which are perfect for those who wish to unwind with friends and try something new in town.
