L16 has been in existence in Hong Kong Park for over 13 years. The totally revamped restaurant is brand new and is presently offering Thai food (in the main) and Japanese cuisine consisting of Sushi, sashimi, tempura and barbecue Japanese style. Boasting an extensive collection of over 700 of the world’s top malt whiskies and premium champagnes, Safe Bubbles & Malt is the only bar in Asia to have such a prestigious collection, as well as being the only Hong Kong distributor for the Scotch Malt Whisky society, the world’s foremost whisky club.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication.
