Being the latest addition to the Beerliner chain, this new branch in Kwai Fong's hip mall Metroplaza boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways. Designed by award-winning interior designer Danny Cheng, the restaurant has an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a taste of Germany featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. THE GARDEN TERRACE
The 2200 sq. ft. timber-decked landscaped outdoor terrace is a unique oasis in the heart of Central. It’s just the spot for intimate gatherings and a wonderful extension of the Salon space.

THE RESTAURANT (Level 3) Two Michelin Stars:
Featuring classic Cantonese offerings under the leadership of Michelin-starred Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi. Chef Siu pays homage to the traditional roots of Cantonese cuisine, combining textures and flavours with contemporary presentations to excite your taste buds and challenge even the most demanding epicure.

PRIVATE DINING ROOMS:
Three private rooms, located within the restaurant, are ideal for private dining or business meetings of 10 - 25 guests. Enjoy the fun of an evening out with the intimacy of an evening in.

THE CHAMBER AND LIBRARY:
