The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement (hkafa) is a renowned international flower school. Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

JAMIE’S ITALIAN TSIM SHA TSUI features a spacious outdoor terrace for al fresco dining and postcard-worthy view of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. Situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui’s retail hub, the stylish & pillar-free restaurant can welcome up to 164 guests for dinner or 200 for a standing cocktail setting. The private outdoor terrace offers seating for an additional 70 guests.
