The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.
Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.

PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods. Moreover, a large variety of unique fresh toppings and DIY options are available for pizza lovers at Ciao Chow.

Casa Lisboa grandly opened in mid-2010, which is quickly recognized as one of the best authentic Portuguese restaurant in the town. TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu.
