Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. "CHOW" is a slang for comfort food. It is also the last name of our head chef and owner, Simon. Our mouth-watering Italian and French dishes are infused with Simon's signature bold flavors. We also offer only the highest quality ingredients.

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Spice 8 is a restaurant which offers authentic Indian & Thai cuisine prepared by experienced Indian and Thai Chefs. It meets Halal standards. 

Spice 8 is strategically located in Metropolis mall in Hung Hom. It connects to Hung Hom MTR station and Hotel Metropolis. It has a capacity to seat 130 pax and it provides flexibility to select Indian as well Thai dishes. It offers nice set up for cocktail and dinner buffet with good music playing in the background.Moreover, it offers very good access by road / train as well has very good parking space for tourist coaches.
