Terms & Conditions

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 30 % of the fare.
  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 5 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.
  • Tips are optional. 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  24 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  1 weeks before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  2 weeks before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

    Hong Kong Parkview's Éclat Ballroom boasts soaring ceilings and iconic marble spiral staircase. The staircase makes for an especially grand entrance for the new couple and as a fabulous backdrop for wedding photography. The ballroom caters up to 24 tables.

  • Agave Tequila Y Comida

    Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar.     This 5,000 square foot restaurant can accommodate up to 178 guests. The main dining room is equipped with benches and round tables with crisp white table cloths. The resizable dining rooms can house 6 tables of 12 people, which makes it an ideal place for private and corporate dining events. Décor-wise, its classy and elegant style creates a homey ambiance for guests to enjoy their meals. Guests can relax while watching our chefs prepare dishes through a large glass panel looking into the kitchen. This design is a rare feature in Chinese restaurants and a unique quality of Xia Fei Society.

  • The Optimist - Whole Venue

    The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.
