The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Stormies is one of Lan Kwai Fong's quintessential meeting landmarks. Following a nautical theme, the ground floor bar features floor-to-ceiling folding windows that open onto the busy D'Aguilar Street. The floor is covered with teak furniture resembling a ship's deck and a long, polished brass bar countertop stretches across the room. Dominating the bar's sunset yellow walls are large mirrors, framed in stainless steel, complete with brass bolts. Nautical wares such as solid brass barometers, cabin clocks and anchors adorn the walls. A pair of 21-inch televisions screens footage from classic yachting races to annual sports events. The recently renovated upper deck features live sports on big screens and large windows, making it the perfect place to people watch over the busiest party street in Hong Kong.

An extensive menu of seafood, ribs, salads, pastas and sandwiches is available. For a light bite, sandwiches like the Stormies Club or Stormies Classic Burger are perfect. Don't pass up on the scrumptious US BBQ Pork Ribs. The bar also offers a snack menu, with dishes like Stormies Wings and Breaded Calamari Rings.

Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a range of German fares featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. Patrons can savor traditional favorites from the open kitchen including Roasted Pork Knuckle and Sausage Platter. Beerliner also features an impressive list of classic German beers like Weissbier and Pilsener, and a refreshing cocktails and mocktails list is also available for affinities.

MVM Space is located in Aberdeen. It is suitable for various event formats, but specialises in wine events. The venue can accommodate up to 100 people. Designed in consultation with Debraequipment and more, here is a venue to impress your guests during your events and parties. The venue features four main areas: making it adaptable to events of all styles and sizes.

There is also equipment for optional usages like wine equipment (glasses, ice bucket/ice, spittons, bottle openers, trash bins) and kitchen and cooking facilities with glass washer, oven, fridge and microwave, etc.

Our Bavarian style restaurant Eggenberg which has indoor and outdoor seating for 72 pax. The restaurant opens from 11am to 10pm. 

We import all draft and bottle beers from the Austrian brewery Eggenberg directly. A various selection of snacks and a la carte menu is available.

Our chef Andy combined all tastes from the countries he lived and travelled, creating the new fusion cuisine. The crispy pork knuckle and the finger- licking roasted chicken are the must-try.
