  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 20 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.
  • Tips are optional. 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 12 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  24 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  24 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  2 weeks before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.

And with electric curtains to each of the rear windows it is the perfect mode of transport for those with the occasional need to travel incognito. AIRLINE-STYLE RECLINING SEATS Optional airline-style reclining seats give travellers in the rear the chance to relax as they might on a private jet. And the connection with flying is not one made lightly. This is the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase: the ultimate combination of speed and exquisite luxury. PANORAMIC REAR SUNROOF A tilting glass sunroof invites a cascade of daylight into the rear of the car, while an electric Alcantara blind can eliminate the glare of the sun at the touch of a button. The grilles, brightware, headlamp clusters and rear lamps have all been revised to give the exterior of the car a sharper, more contemporary appearance. WIDER, REDESIGNED FACE The new, wider radiator grille sits in front of the Bentley matrix, with stainless steel vertical vanes fanning out from the centre. The lower grilles have been widened in line with the front bumper, increasing the car’s road presence. NEW HEADLAMP TECHNOLOGY The design of the headlamp cluster is retained, however the outboard secondary lamps have been moved upwards to align them with the main lamps. The washers sit in the centre. The lamps themselves can operate automatically, with four light modes to cover different driving requirements: urban roads, country lanes, motorways and normal main beam. STRIKING BENTLEY FLYING ‘B’ REAR LAMPS New rear lamps glow with the three-dimensional form of a Flying ‘B’ when operated, making it clear from practically any distance that the car up ahead is a Bentley.
