  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
  • The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
  • The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
  • Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  • Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  • Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
  • Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 20 % of the fare.
  • The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
  • In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.
  • Tips are optional. 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

  • 100% refund if canceled 12 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  24 hours before the run.
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

2. Hourly (Standard)

  • 100% refund if canceled  24 hours before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

  • No refund in case of a no-show.

 

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

  • 100% refund if canceled  2 weeks before the trip.
  • 50 % refund if canceled  72 hours before the trip.
  • If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:
    • No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
    • Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.

  • Agave Tequila Y Comida

    Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site.     The "Back Room" is designed such that a clubber's senses would be enhanced through hearing, seeing and feeling of the music; a massive Turbosound system that pumps solid, crisp and powerful sound that can vibrate hair on skin, a jet-black DJ booth that sits amidst a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling LED wall, displaying larger-than-life graphics that are in-sync with the sound and beats of the tunes. Gritty black tiles, raw concrete and mesh screens are dotted with reflective materials to strategically reflect LED graphics, energizing every corner and engulfing clubbers with synchronized visual beats. Other playful features, such as handle-like wall features, a pseudo dancing pole, raised flooring and even tables that could be used as dancing platforms are also key elements to the spatial planning of the room to entice clubbers' interaction with the music and vibe. Graffiti work by famed French graffiti artist, L1ES ONE, on 2 of the back walls act as backdrops to this urban music playground.
