ClubOne WaterFront is situated at a picturesque location directly beside the Tsing Ma Bridge at Park Island, New Territories. WaterFront has a breathtaking view of the Park Island Beach overlooking the sandy beach and the ocean. At night time, the lit up Tsing Ma Bridge is a beautiful sight observable from WaterFront. The banquet hall features a large and scenic open terrace which could be used for outdoor events or as a leisure area. The interior design of the venue is extravagant and contemporary. Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

MAMA SAN by Will Meyrick – With his Scottish heritage, an Australian accent and an Indonesian home, Will Meyrick isn’t easily categorized. Often described as Western on the outside and Asian on the inside, Will’s passion for the cuisine culture and culinary heritage of this fascinatingly diverse part of the world, is what really defines him and sets him apart as a chef and restaurateur. This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region. Mama San incorporates an atmosphere of exotic Balinese décor, superb dining and great bar for relaxation. Lunch and dinner daily.

BoConcept is centrally located on the busy and exciting Wyndham Street in Central. It features a two-storey furniture showroom that is well designed and coordinated to make event guests feel like they are attending a cozy event at a good friend's home. The highlight of the showroom features a New York apartment style room which connects to an spacious, quiet outdoor terrace. The restaurant is intended to be obscured as a darkened cinema, leaving all the attention to the twinkling lights of Hong Kong. Townhouse showcases the perfect marriage of Asian food and Western cooking method satisfying everyone’s taste bud and intends providing different innovative delicacies to pleasantly surprise all the epicures in town. Townhouse equally accentuates crafting drinks, especially cocktails, ice tea series & mocktails.
