【EARTH】represents an opened kitchen, for organizing cooking-related workshop such as “Sous Vide”, marinating and cookery, etc.

【AQUA】represents an opened bar, suitable for organizing beverage type workshop such as coffee, beer brewing, etc.
There is also a long common table which is capable to accommodate 14-16 people.

The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu.
