Our location is near Soho yet having a break from the noisy environment. Our colourful modern design with a small balcony will surely brighten your day, great venue for gathering with family and friends.

We are a homespun restaurant with a simple core philosophy: to create food that heals with the highest culinary standards and using the freshest, most nutrient-dense of sustainable, plant-based ingredients. 

Our menus are customisable to your tastes and requirements, and we remain flexible to special dietary requirements and holistic lifestyles. Our team aims to work closely with our clients in order to deliver the most seamless catering projects in town, beginning from our focus on quality and consistency, and a dedication to wow our clients with innovative plant-based cuisine.

LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

A Private Dining Room, located within Lily, are ideal for events of all types, ranging from business meetings, gatherings, birthday parties and many more.

THE RESTAURANT (5/F)
Just one floor down sits Bloom, the city’s definitive contemporary American kitchen. Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.

The Wave is an integrated platform for Entrepreneur, startup and SME offering co-working spaces, event areas and catering facilities all under one roof in the heart of Kwun Tong district. It is the place to be to let your ideas roam free. If you have got the perfect idea for the perfect business, we have the perfect office and event space for you. There are 2 Meeting Rooms and 1 Private Meeting Room on 10/F. The event space can accommodate up to 50 guests. 

The Chop House focuses on serving fun, approachable and casual comfort food with the freshest ingredients around the world. At The Chop House, you’ll enjoy classic dish after classic dish in an environment designed for relaxation and enjoying the company of friends.

The Chop House (TST) enjoys a fabulous and rare feature in the form of a secluded, al fresco dining atrium. Guests who prefer our cosy interior seating will find the quintessential casual ambiance featured at every Chop House, comfy seating and warm, wooden tones that create a stress-free, homespun dining experience.
