Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Mon – Fri, 8am – 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.
