Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

Bloop’s customers enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft of luxurious, prime real estate and a breathtaking 360⁰ view, from one of the largest set of outdoor terraces in LKF, that extends out over most of Central and Sheung Wan. The interior of Bloop is just as, if not even more, impressive; a dominating 8-metre long aquarium filled with blacktip reef sharks and stingrays astounds all who visit and a very select few VIPs will even be allowed the opportunity to feed these majestic predators of the deep blue!

We offer venue rental service, suitable for pop-up events, photo/ film shooting, press conference, wine tasting. With the component of movable partition walls and furniture, they allow you to redesign the interior as you wanted, it could be classic and traditional or novel and contemporary. We also have HD TV screen, HD speaker, couches, fridge. We can hold up to 80 people, so you could alter the space to fit in the needs of your events. Arrangement of catering, venue decorations and party entertainments are available upon request. Located in close proximity to all transportation, it takes only 1 minute walk to Sheung Wan MTR Station.
