The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. The professional culinary team led by Chef Chan is ready to present an authentic Sichuan feast that combines ingenious cooking and premium ingredients for you.

Situated at Elements, the new high-end shopping complex located at MTR Kowloon Station, guests can enjoy the fresh ocean catches and steaks at this popular bar / restaurant set in a relaxed atmosphere. The long interior space of Stormies is complemented by alfresco seating in the circular roof-top space on the third floor of Elements. The nautical theme of Stormies continues at this restaurant, where a long, teak bar forms the main focus. Chrome chairs and purple upholstery contrast with blue wave-patterned glass elements which accented the décor.

Decked out in white and metallic blue with sleek corners protruding from the bar, Tonic atop Langham Place combines a classy, contemporary environment with world class mixology. Drinks on offer include hand crafted cocktails like Spanish Sunset and Suzdal as well as an impressive selection of wines, champagnes, ports and sherries.
