Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

Having moved to a bigger and better location just across the street, PizzaExpress Wing Fung Street is now with two floors and plenty of seats to feed more handmade Italian pizza-lovers. The relaxed interior features rustic wooden tables, warm spot lighting and a signature open kitchen that allows diners to witness the chefs skilfully tossing pizzas. Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong.
