The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.

At Garage Society QRC, we have 2 adjacent event spaces A and B, and an even larger terrace. Our venue rental includes the use of our versatile indoor event space as well as our beautiful outdoor terraces with a beautiful view.

Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! In Discovery Bay, you can tuck into classic Mexican dishes and enjoy ample outdoor “alfresco” seating with friends and family with views of the Discovery Bay beach and harbor. It is also great for children as we have an exciting children’s menu.
