Privé Group's new establishment – Hanabi, an exclusive Japanese omakase bar.

Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. This is thanks in part to popular Japanese sushi chef Michael Chan (previously of Café Kool and NOBU Intercontinental Hong Kong) who brings his signature subtle Japanese cuisine with a fusion flair to this newly opened, intimate, romantic restaurant.

Situated at Elements, the new high-end shopping complex located at MTR Kowloon Station, guests can enjoy the fresh ocean catches and steaks at this popular bar / restaurant set in a relaxed atmosphere. The long interior space of Stormies is complemented by alfresco seating in the circular roof-top space on the third floor of Elements. The nautical theme of Stormies continues at this restaurant, where a long, teak bar forms the main focus. Chrome chairs and purple upholstery contrast with blue wave-patterned glass elements which accented the décor.

Situated only 7 minutes drive from the bustling hub of Sai Kung, Dragon’s Lodge sits in a valley close to the Lion Rock Country park, deep in a feng shui forest. Private, tranquil and totally unique, the 19th century house boasts 2800 sq ft of usable indoor space and approx 3000 sq ft of established gardens. By day, the property is quiet, with clean air and awesome mountain views, by night the forest comes alive with the sounds of frogs, crickets and boar. All the furniture including the game tables are flexible to be removed, decorate and even redesign in order to achieve all client’s needs.
