Spice 8 is a restaurant which offers authentic Indian & Thai cuisine prepared by experienced Indian and Thai Chefs. It meets Halal standards. 

Spice 8 is strategically located in Metropolis mall in Hung Hom. It connects to Hung Hom MTR station and Hotel Metropolis. Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

Artisan & Co is a 1,500 square feet venue with retail and classroom area which can hold up to 50. Induction cooker and sink is attached to each seat, especially suitable for holding training and workshops.
