The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Diners are kept engaged throughout the meal, making this one of the most written about eateries, not only in Hong Kong, but also internationally, gaining popular acclaim in Singapore, Taiwan and even as far afield as London and New York. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Come and visit our butchery, talk to our butchers and chefs about all the different cuts we offer, recommended seasonings and all things food-related. Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its 'onshore' main dining room specialising in prime steaks and the 'offshore' lounge area serving one of the most exciting drinks menus in town. The 10000ft² split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Its 'onshore' main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth's land and can seat up to 80 persons for banquets and private dining. The 'offshore' lounge, meanwhile, is designed for entertaining and networking, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private parties with drinks and canapés. The spacious 1800ft² outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, wooden high tables and booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate events of up to 200 guests. The lounge and outdoor terrace can be combined into a larger space for grand-scale events of up to 400 persons.

Driving down Ice House Street, one cannot miss FLY's playful "Front Porch", a semi-outdoor area that is embraced by floor-to-ceiling warm timber planks that intertwined with greens, foliage and light reflections from a gold disco ball spinning lazily in the background. "Combined with playful features such as a hopscotch painted on the floorboards, this area sets a mood that is playful, intimate and welcoming for patrons who want to chill and 'play' at the same time," FLY interior designer, Alicia Tan, puts in a nutshell. It preps one for a night of adrenaline-filled partying where a 3500-square feet dance club awaits behind the smoky glass doors.

The "Back Room" is designed such that a clubber's senses would be enhanced through hearing, seeing and feeling of the music; a massive Turbosound system that pumps solid, crisp and powerful sound that can vibrate hair on skin, a jet-black DJ booth that sits amidst a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling LED wall, displaying larger-than-life graphics that are in-sync with the sound and beats of the tunes. Gritty black tiles, raw concrete and mesh screens are dotted with reflective materials to strategically reflect LED graphics, energizing every corner and engulfing clubbers with synchronized visual beats. Other playful features, such as handle-like wall features, a pseudo dancing pole, raised flooring and even tables that could be used as dancing platforms are also key elements to the spatial planning of the room to entice clubbers' interaction with the music and vibe. Graffiti work by famed French graffiti artist, L1ES ONE, on 2 of the back walls act as backdrops to this urban music playground.
