Table is a boutique restaurant that specialize in fresh seafood and other fine ingredient. It is the only restaurant in HK with its resident marine biologist, it “depurates” lives seafood such as oysters, lobsters, crabs purging them of accumulated metabolic wastes during transit and “reclocking” them back to out-of- ocean condition.

Table is a pioneer in the concept of ingredient based cuisine. Not restricting by traditional geographical cuisine, culinary team has the free hand to decide the best preparation method that suits a particular ingredient. Food preparation style range from French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, etc.

Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.

Arrangement of catering, venue decorations and party entertainments are available upon request. Breakaway is a 48ft motor cruiser that can carry up to 23 passengers. We are equipped with 1 ensuite bedroom, fully-fitted galleys (kitchens), showers and toilet facilities, swimming platform, De'Longhi expresso machine, wine fridge, DVD player, iPod-compatible sound system (Bluetooth), air conditioned, inflatable pool, inflatable suntanning platform with cooler and kayak.

We also have add-on services including Shisha, massage therapist, speedboat options.

If you are planning a bigger event, we can arrange for several additional cruisers to increase the capacity.
