The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. Located on the 4th floor of the hotel, connected to Prompt Restaurant and next to Podium, the Poolside sets amidst the luxuriant backdrop of emerald greenery, overlooking the romantic sunset views and South China Sea. Situated at Elements, the new high-end shopping complex located at MTR Kowloon Station, guests can enjoy the fresh ocean catches and steaks at this popular bar / restaurant set in a relaxed atmosphere. The long interior space of Stormies is complemented by alfresco seating in the circular roof-top space on the third floor of Elements. The nautical theme of Stormies continues at this restaurant, where a long, teak bar forms the main focus. Chrome chairs and purple upholstery contrast with blue wave-patterned glass elements which accented the décor.

DiVino, located at the top of Wyndham Street, has become one of Hong Kong's most popular hangouts since it opened in March 2003. DiVino has been through a major renovation recently; the new interior design has divided DiVino into two main sections. The front dining area and lounge remain sophisticated and warm with its sleek dining arrangement with mirrors, warm lighting and walls; while the dining area and outdoor terrace at the back emphasize on conviviality of the atmosphere.
