Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. Jimmy’s Kitchen has been serving classic British Colonial cuisine in Hong Kong since 1928. After over 80 years, Jimmy’s still remains one of the city’s most highly renowned and beloved culinary institutions. The old photographs hanging on the walls, the immaculate table setting, the mood lighting and the meticulous service all ensure that guests feel at home. The contemporary wooden L-shaped bar creates a comfortable area for patrons to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city.

For small to medium sized business meetings, Hong Kong Parkview offers three fully-serviced conference rooms catering for groups of 16 up to 28 persons, with new audio and visual conferencing technology, LCD projectors and WiFi access available inside each.
