Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Lee Garden Two conference room is located at one of Hong Kong’s Grade A commercial building in Causeway Bay, making it an ideal location for both business and leisure. This location is easily reach by various means of local transportation like MTR, Bus routes, and Taxi. LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

Just one floor down sits Bloom, the city’s definitive contemporary American kitchen. Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.

OLIVE, GREEK & MIDDLE EASTERN – introduces the finest Middle East cuisine to Hong Kong diners witha superb menu designed by famous Australian Chef, Greg Malouf. This exotic, modern restaurant presents contemporary Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine with an Australian flavor. Favorites include a range of mezza, mains, salads and sensational desserts. Compliment the meal with the fine selection of world wines including a Middle Eastern selection. The inviting interior provides a casual, intimate ambiance for diners.

Located at Hong Kong's hippest dining and entertainment strip, this is a place where you can let your hair down and dance until wee hours in the morning. The décor encompasses a modern and stylish design. On the left hand side of the entrance is an open-air seating area with several sets of high tables and black leather stools separated by large glass doors which create an intimate place for conversation and people-watching. The floor, a combination of marble and dark wood coupled with the reflective mirrors on the earthy brick wall and cozy leather black couches, creates a contemporary and trendy ambience. A well-equipped DJ booth is placed at the back. Whether it's a quiet drink or a night out with friends, Tonic provides a stylish environment and cutting-edge décor.
