The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Located in Central, the decor of Tsui Hang Village is permeated with warm and light color patches. The interior is a brilliant combination modern elegance and welcoming ambience. Anchored in a bay, Tarzan turns heads with its sheer size and added extras. She and Jungle Jane are Hong Kong's most spectacular event boats available for charter for parties on the water.

Tarzan has an impressively large open deck that can fit 55 people in one area. She is an ideal venue for a private dinner, lunch or cocktail party. She and Jungle Jane are the only boats available in HK to host a seated high end dinner or lunch for weddings, corporate and special private events.

During the day she comes equipped with an inflatable slide and floating lounge, plus beanbags and a king sunbed.
