From the front, the face of the Continental GT Convertible appears hewn from solid metal, with distinctive large inner headlamps flanking the familiar Bentley mesh grille. A sweeping bodyline spears backwards from the front wheel to meet the muscular curve of the rear wheel’s haunch, projecting a wide and confident stance. Bentley’s interior design team has created in the GT Convertible a cocoon of curved yet crisply-defined planes and surfaces: the interior of the Continental GT Convertible expresses timeless Bentley design cues with contemporary flair.

Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.
Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.
