The Quay is a Simple and Cool Seafood Wine House, opened its first location, in Kennedy Town by the Bay area. Thus, "The Quay". The restaurant is known for its lavish portions and exquisite flavors. The menu, as the location suggests, comprises of seafood, especially on "FISH", along with other mouth-watering picks for the family time.

Fully equipped for audio and visual systems and accessories as well as high speed broadband, it is ideally suited for theater-style events, intimate gatherings and effective round table discussions, catering between 50 and 150 guests.

Park-in Easy Book is available for all day booking, accommodating up to 250 people. It is suitable for seminars, classes, press days, exhibitions, parties and art events, etc. We have support for promotions, designed, catering and equipments as well. Spiga is located in the heart of Central. The menu is designed and created by two Michelin Star Chef, Enrico Bartolini, using innovative techniques and quality Italian ingredients. With most of the ingredients coming directly from Italy, the restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine typically from Lombardy and Piedmont regions. Each dish is prepared using innovative techniques to create intensely flavoured and beautifully plated dishes.

The cinematic 1950s Italian interior design by Joyce Wang Studio will wander diners to various unique thematic spaces capturing the romance and intrigue of vintage Italy. 

Spiga also features private dining rooms, Roma seats up to 24 people, and the secret garden room for up to 10 people.

Public restaurants in One Island East, Quarry Bay, offers an international selection of food and drinks for busy office executives and local residents alike.

The self-serviced takeaway counterpart Public Deli and the full-service Public Restaurant on Level 37 of One Island East present a vast array of culinary options and both available for event hiring. Public Deli features four different booths including Hagaki (Japanese), Pho Real (Vietnamese), Colibri (Italian) and Bombay Boom (Indian) and the linked 150-seat Public Restaurant with floor to ceiling windows is a round-the-clock dine-in area providing a seasonal contemporary fare of International favourites including Italian, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines.

1,500 square feet area with an accommodation up to 80, Easy Kitchen is located in Quarry Bay next to Tai Koo MTR Station. It is also close to the Eastern Harbour Tunnel, guests can easily access by diversity of private and public transport.

Easy Kitchen has both indoor space and outdoor terrace. With it's high flexibility of layout and movable tables and chairs, it is suitable of any kinds of events and parties.
