Set behind a modish red sliding door with crystal decorations adorning the interior, Nooch Bar is perfect for private events, including corporate events, theme parties, children's parties, birthday celebrations and much more. Our menu involves two important elements “Creative” and “Innovative”, not only make use of fresh vegetables to create new style dishes, but also a mixed up taste with fusion food of Chinese, Western, Japanese, French and Italian. ‘Pan-fried Watermelon’ is the most popular and signature food, which makes use of unique cooking technique with high temperature, to fry and fan-fried watermelon which is juicy and soft.
