Public restaurants in One Island East, Quarry Bay, offers an international selection of food and drinks for busy office executives and local residents alike.

The self-serviced takeaway counterpart Public Deli and the full-service Public Restaurant on Level 37 of One Island East present a vast array of culinary options and both available for event hiring. Public Deli features four different booths including Hagaki (Japanese), Pho Real (Vietnamese), Colibri (Italian) and Bombay Boom (Indian) and the linked 150-seat Public Restaurant with floor to ceiling windows is a round-the-clock dine-in area providing a seasonal contemporary fare of International favourites including Italian, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines.

Park-in Easy Book is available for all day booking, accommodating up to 250 people. It is suitable for seminars, classes, press days, exhibitions, parties and art events, etc. We have support for promotions, designed, catering and equipments as well. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.
