Young Master is Hong Kong’s highest rated craft brewery making all natural beers locally. Set in a casual and comfortable atmosphere, the restaurant is paved with earth tone tiles splashed with a burnt orange wash, exuding a warm and refreshing and ambiance. Ornaments hung on the walls include bows, arrows and animal skins. Eye-catching canvas tents are set in various areas and over the buffet area. Seating is finished in plush New Zealand sheepskin and rawhide lampshades complete the final touches. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian-style buffet allows you to create your own main course from a wide range of fresh meats, vegetables, sauces and spices. You can follow your desired recipes on our signboards, pass the ingredients to our chef who will cook your dish to perfection and bring it to your table served piping-hot in minutes. House-specialty cocktails include Margarita, Sangria and Mojito, to complement to your meal.

Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Recommended by Michelin Guide and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Daily Lunch Buffet is offered and Extensive Dinner Menu with Live Classical Indian Singers Performing Daily is popular with both locals and tourists.

Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

Situated only 7 minutes drive from the bustling hub of Sai Kung, Dragon’s Lodge sits in a valley close to the Lion Rock Country park, deep in a feng shui forest. Private, tranquil and totally unique, the 19th century house boasts 2800 sq ft of usable indoor space and approx 3000 sq ft of established gardens. By day, the property is quiet, with clean air and awesome mountain views, by night the forest comes alive with the sounds of frogs, crickets and boar. It is truly an incredible place for nature lovers and anyone wanting to escape the city.

Main areas for rental:

- The landscaped terraced garden, which has established trees and shrubs in the middle of a feng shui forest. It is ideal for gatherings and as a break out area when using other parts of the house. Ideal for film, fashion or ad shooting.

- The tranquil and romantic roof (with power and water) overlooks Ma On Shan and the Lion Rock Country Park. It is suitable for parties, retreats (i.e. yoga,etc. during cooler weather), stargazing and film shooting, etc.
- The basement, which can be used for team building, some sports activities and film shooting and in conjunction with other areas of the house.
- The kitchen, which is well equipped and can be used for cooking classes, workshops in a very different environment.
- The lounge/dining area, which can be used for smaller workshops, team building and gatherings.
