BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.
