Craft Beer Corporate Events

Our homebrewing and beer tasting workshops provide the perfect team building opportunity.

Our homebrewing workshops are a great way to promote team-bonding over the course of the 3+ hours, as participants enjoy craft beers while having a hands on experience with the beer making process. Beer related topics such as brewing basics, beer history and different craft beer style will also be covered. Our venue can hold up to 16-20 persons.

We also offer craft beer tasting events / workshops that last for less than 3 hours. Beer tasting provides a more relaxed and casual environment, participants will be able to learn about what happened to the beer world over the past decades, while having the chance to taste different type of craft beers from different beer style from all over the world. Event style can be sit down or standing, depending on the nature required. Our venue can hold up to 40 people standing, and 20 people sitting. Private Events

Our venue is open for private events, which includes tailored beer tastings and interactive homebrewing workshops, organized by our team of beer experts, to make things as hassle-free for you. We will provide the beer and education, you provide the party.

"CHOW" is a slang for comfort food. It is also the last name of our head chef and owner, Simon. Our mouth-watering Italian and French dishes are infused with Simon's signature bold flavors. We also offer only the highest quality ingredients.

ClubOne WaterFront is situated at a picturesque location directly beside the Tsing Ma Bridge at Park Island, New Territories. WaterFront has a breathtaking view of the Park Island Beach overlooking the sandy beach and the ocean. At night time, the lit up Tsing Ma Bridge is a beautiful sight observable from WaterFront. The banquet hall features a large and scenic open terrace which could be used for outdoor events or as a leisure area. The interior design of the venue is extravagant and contemporary. Restaurant – Yi’s Kitchen餐廳 – 頤膳房 

Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.
