THE STAGE
Designed to hold up to 110 guests, the Stage is an impressive setting for showcases, media events, awards ceremonies, product launches, celebrations, social and business receptions.

THE GARDEN
Designed to hold up to 60 guests, the Garden derives its name from the vertical garden designed by Patrick Blanc and is a truly unique venue that is ideal for tastings, showcases and media round table events.

Located on 1/F, B.I.G is a unique conference room for those who believe “Business Is Good”. Plush sofa chairs, surround sound, projector walls and all sorts of snacks make for an exceptional hub for meetings, brainstorming and entertaining.

When Business Is Good, you need great, out-of-this-world ideas to take things to the next level. So make it happen somewhere B.i.G. Ovolo Southside’s B.i.G space offers the perfect opportunity to get your brightest minds together and workout ideas to take your business to the next level.

If you’re having an event in other areas of the hotel, add B.i.G to the mix for a place to take VIPs, store additional equipment or even to just take powernaps between sets. The choice is yours, but the venue is B.I.G.

Located in the buzzing Lan Kwai Fong, it only takes 5-minute walk from Central MTR Station. The 900 square feet space can fit 55 guests. Other equipment such as complimentary Wifi or audio system etc are all well prepared. For food and drinks, guests can either bring their own F&B, order from the outside restaurant or request us to prepare in advance. We can also pre-order oyster and red wine with 5%off for guests who hire our venue.

We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.
