The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. The professional culinary team led by Chef Chan is ready to present an authentic Sichuan feast that combines ingenious cooking and premium ingredients for you.

A contemporary take on speakeasies, “I Know John” is a sophisticated, private lounge serving specialty mixologist-created cocktails and a carefully curated menu offering niche wines and whiskeys.
