The airy and relaxed setting of this modern restaurant, with romantic alfresco dining, with views of the pool and the outdoors, offers the ideal ambiance for delightful meals created in the bright, open-gallery kitchen.

Driving down Ice House Street, one cannot miss FLY's playful "Front Porch", a semi-outdoor area that is embraced by floor-to-ceiling warm timber planks that intertwined with greens, foliage and light reflections from a gold disco ball spinning lazily in the background. "Combined with playful features such as a hopscotch painted on the floorboards, this area sets a mood that is playful, intimate and welcoming for patrons who want to chill and 'play' at the same time," FLY interior designer, Alicia Tan, puts in a nutshell. It preps one for a night of adrenaline-filled partying where a 3500-square feet dance club awaits behind the smoky glass doors.

The "Back Room" is designed such that a clubber's senses would be enhanced through hearing, seeing and feeling of the music; a massive Turbosound system that pumps solid, crisp and powerful sound that can vibrate hair on skin, a jet-black DJ booth that sits amidst a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling LED wall, displaying larger-than-life graphics that are in-sync with the sound and beats of the tunes. Gritty black tiles, raw concrete and mesh screens are dotted with reflective materials to strategically reflect LED graphics, energizing every corner and engulfing clubbers with synchronized visual beats. Other playful features, such as handle-like wall features, a pseudo dancing pole, raised flooring and even tables that could be used as dancing platforms are also key elements to the spatial planning of the room to entice clubbers' interaction with the music and vibe. Graffiti work by famed French graffiti artist, L1ES ONE, on 2 of the back walls act as backdrops to this urban music playground.

Towngas Cooking Centre is conveniently located at Lee Theatre which is only few- minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Every cooking station comprises individual built-in-hob, oven and sink, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 25 pairs of participants cook together. It has always been an ideal place hosting practical cooking classes, cooking competitions, parties, team building events, product seminars and more.

We do also take care of petite chefs. The innovative Towngas KIDchen is equipped with cooking stations with adjustable heights so that adults and young kids can cook together with ease. Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.
