We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Fujiyama Mama brings diners a unique and fun-filled Japanese dining experience with a feel-good Rock & Roll vibe. Situated atop the peak with sensational view, the restaurant offers an extensive selection of Japanese cuisine in western style with a sophisticated twist with ingredients imported freshly from Japan.
